At Skintopia we use only TGA approved products, over time, the facial expressions that we make create lines, these will present as frown lines, crows feet, forehead furrows, etc.
With small amounts of anti wrinkle injection, these expression lines can soften over time, or even prevent the formation of these lines. Similarly, the lower face can also be treated. Such improvements include jaw line contouring, lifting of the neck, reduction in chin crease and dimpling.

How does an Anti Wrinkle Treatment Work?
Anti-Wrinkle Treatments contain a naturally-occurring protein extract, a very small amount is injected into the specific muscles responsible for causing the wrinkles, allowing these muscles to relax over a period of time. Once the muscles are relaxed, the overlying wrinkles are reduced, or softened. The treatment takes around 10 minutes depending on how many areas are treated and is relatively painless.
What To Expect On The Day of Treatment.
On the day of treatment there is very minimal pain. Some slight redness following treatment can occur, usually subsiding in a few minutes. Within 2-3 days of treatment, the muscles start to relax, achieving a full result within 14 days.
The results generally last on average 3-4 months. After a few treatments, it takes less and less volume of the product to maintain muscle relaxation.

What To Expect When You Have Dermal Fillers.
Hyaluronic Dermal fillers are immediate in the result, with minimal pain, we also like to use an external compound anesthetic to ensure you feel comfortable during the procedure. Allow a short period of possible swelling and redness, and product settling 12 -48 hours, it can take up to 4 weeks to see the final results once all swelling has subsided and the product has settled, we recommend only a small amount of massaging.
The results last between 6 – 12 months on average, possibly longer.
Sculptra® Aesthetic Collagen Stimulator.
After the age of 20, our body begins to slowly deplete collagen.
What is collagen?
Collagen is a protein produced by our cells that supports the skin, keeping it looking younger and giving it firmness and fullness.
As a poly-L-lactic acid (PLLA) collagen stimulator, Sculptra is different from HA dermal fillers. It works with your body within the deep dermis to help stimulate collagen production and help restore your skin’s inner structure and volume.
What to Expect From Your Treatment.
On the day of treatment, your face will appear a little fuller.
This fullness will diminish over the next 48 hours, as the liquid is absorbed, leaving the PLLA molecules to start working. Over the next 4-6 weeks, the collagen levels will be stimulated, and the results gradually appearing.
Your results will then be reviewed, and another treatment may be recommended to continue your results.
